The deets on our shipping policy:

• Product packaging may differ from images shown on website, due to compliance with local health regulations in your country
• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, but since we are still a small team, we cannot guarantee any shipping timelines. Typically we try to ship orders within 2-7 business days after the order is placed.
• Standard Shipping is $15 on orders under $99. Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
• We charge a small reshipment fee of $15 for incorrectly provided addresses at checkout.
• We offer standard shipping (7-10 business days). We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across Canada and the US are continuing to experience delays.
• For updates on your shipment please check your order confirmation for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier. Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier to update tracking information.
• Pre-orders are shipped once all items in your cart are back in stock (no partial shipments).
• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• All orders are subject to sales tax based on the province/state the order is being shipped to.
• International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT) by default.
